Worked in the Department of Education and Professional Development and helped expand RRC's educational portfolio by developing new educational program offerings (ILTs, VILTs, and eLearning) for top real estate brokers and agents across the U.S. Built the broadly successful VILT training initiative, the Virtual Pro Program. Conducted the front-end analysis for the program and designed, developed, piloted, and helped to transition the program into production to help top real estate agents and brokers, across the U.S., achieve their CRS designation educational requirements at a rate of 50% faster. Converted 8 ILT courses into 8 VILT courses for the Virtual Pro Program. Collaborated with department leaders, the Department of Graduate Medical Education, and partnering regulatory bodies to coordinate the training program for fellow and resident doctors in Behavioral Sciences (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, orientation, offboarding, learning content and assessments, MedHub LMS, and EPIC information management system).
